This actually happened today, where we were going to Delhi to meet a client at Delhi brder, the client was wasting for us at Rajokri Flyover. He asked our Netaji about his location….

Today I finally received the cheque from Motorola Gurgaon. I always knew that the Account personnel are the worst people in the company but I never knew that a customer care officer can get the payments done for the suppliers.
I had to actually file a compliant at the Motorola web site for non payments of my bills for supplies to Motorola Gurgaon. A Senior customer care employee regarding the issue, called me 5 days back and she got my payments done today. This is called real Customer Care service and duhhhh to the account department.
I am into this business since last year. The boom was at its peak at that time and I think the growth in the real estate prices in Gurgaon actually was the highest on the Globe. Was it due to political reasons? Was it due to immigration of Multinationals? What was it? The flat which I sold to my client at Rs. 2200/- per is now at 4500/- just after 8 months. What’s the actual reason behind it and why the prices have stabilized now? Do you know the answer?
Neither we are supplying any parts for their phone nor are we in SCM for them. We supply real estate services to the company. But the management does not care for the agents which supply properties for their employees. The commission is remitted in 2 months, and foremost the concerned lady in the department has 10 forms to fill and then loosing the form 2 times coz se TOO MUCH WORK TO DO!!
Strange, that these multinationals do not know how to manage their time and resources. I hope that Motorola after reading this compliant will hold classes for their employees
I had a meeting with a client today at Galaxy hotel in Sector 15 Gurgaon near to me house. The good thing is that I never new that I had suck a beautiful restaurant nearby with good food too. The bad thing is that it’s one of the costliest in my experience. Three glasses of juice, 2 coffees a grilled sandwitch and a corn pakoda costed me approx 1700 bucks. This is damn costly. I could have visited the 32nd milestone which belongs to the same owner (I think) and is comparatively much cheaper.
So, here’s the story of me and Bank of India. My father has many bank accounts with “Bank of India†since 1984. He forced me to have my account with them too since we have a good relationship with them and that we the biggest mistake I did.
I opened an account with them for my Handicrafts Export Business. I had a good amount of sale and got payment in US Dollars from my Canadian Buyer. Since the Cheque was from Canada, then Forex Department THOUGHT that the cheque is in Candian Dollars and they remitted the amount in Canadian Dollar,
HSBC Bank in JMD Regent square Gurgaon: Fastest Service
Ha ha …. So this was a wooing experience for me. The HSBC Bank in the JMD Reagent Square on the Mehrauli - Gurgaon Road has the fastest service I have ever seen. This may be because of the lack of customers. I had received a self Cheque from a client for a real estate deal. There were actually 3 – 4 customers in the Bank, who were waiting for the bank personnel to attend them. So, with the new mobile and a new hutch connection, I was told that my number will start within half an hour. When it didn’t happen for the next 4 hours, I called the Hutch Customer Care service at Delhi and the number was Busy. I could not believe that this has never happed to me even with Reliance India Mobile Services and with
