Shares of fraud-hit Saytam Computer surged another 17.6 per cent to Rs 55.45 on the BSE on Wednesday after the company’s board took another step to arrange funds for the IT firm and speculation mounted that Larsen & Toubro is exploring the possibility of launching an open offer for more Satyam stake and its takeover. Ltd as the highest bidder to acquire a controlling stake in Satyam Computer Services Ltd, subject to the approval of the Hon’ble Company Law Board
