Some times your investors can be the most awful thing is your life. I have came across a case in which one of my investor is complaning that I have given him a loss of Rs. 17 Lakhs by selling his property in 23 Lakhs which one year back which is now of worth 40 lakhs. When the market is down then everybody is ready to sell the property and when the market grows then the investors have to blame the agent for this price rise!! what the hell !!
I am looking for a drivers for my Tata Safari, Toyota Innova and Hyundai Accent but could not get one in the town. If the driver is experienced…. Then his salary expectations are as high as 10000 bucks a month which includes accommodation and food. And you don’t know when he’ll leave if he finds a better offer. If the driver is inexperienced…. I just saw news about a bomb blast at Midnapore in West Bengal near Kolkatta. The police force was there to “diffuse†the landmines. The media people were also there to cover the whole stuff. A land mine accidentally blasted and 2 people from the police died at the spot and about 29 were injured. The cameraman of India TV was badly injured and sent to the hospital. No doubt that nobody can beat the taste of chola bhatura at small shops. Here in DLF Qutab Plaza guy searched for choley bhaturey, chowmean, dosa etc., not able to find even a single shop. At last he got tikki from road side hawker. People are rich here, must be fond of tasty food and they dont have option other then to go to DT or Sahara. Give me some name of good places near to DLF Phase-I or II where i can get tasty chola bhatura.
As Delhi metro is progressing with their speedy work on in Gurgaon. More and more people are criticizing the fact that the Delhi Metro is above the ground. People says that it should be made underground as done in Chandni Chowk, New Delhi Station, Chawri Bazaar line. New green color low floor buses of DTC are new attraction for Delhi commuters. DTC has added 45 low floor buses in its fleet.
