Residential Real Estate in Panga Nowadays….
So, now is the time when the Residential real estate prices are stagnant in Gurgaon. I’m talking about plots not the high rise apartments. I personally feel that is best time for actual user to buy a property for himself. Inverstors are not putting in their money for a very good reason. The registries of the 60 sq yd plots has been closed by HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority) and god know how these decesion will help the government in increasing their revenues. There is a lot that need to be done in the Real Estate Sector in Gurgaon, lot of companies need to be invited to set up their bases over here and I don’t think this has happend from the last 3 years…. Hope for the best for future…

So the renovation work is near to completion and now I have my new room. My mom and wife blamed me for created the worst mess in the house. Thanks to the real estate business which has provided me a lot of Brochures of DLF, Unitech, Central Park, Vipul, Tapasya and many more and a lot of visiting cards of real estate agents, builders and clients. I am into this business since last year. The boom was at its peak at that time and I think the growth in the real estate prices in Gurgaon actually was the highest on the Globe. Was it due to political reasons? Was it due to immigration of Multinationals? What was it? The flat which I sold to my client at Rs. 2200/- per is now at 4500/- just after 8 months. Being into the Real Estate consultancy in Gurgaon, I have come across many companies in IMT Manesar, Udyog Vihar, Pace City and Infocity who have been supplying spare parts to Hero Honda and Maruti Udyog. What these people say is that Hero Honda is very shy nowadays in production. The reason is that, they are loosing market share. Then who is gaining the market share? Boss, you need to have real negotiation skills when you have to get the real estate deal done between a Punjabi and a Baniya .
