Review : Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna : Ok Movie

August 13th, 2006

This movie got released on 11th August 2006.
This is not a typical family movie. This is about two married couples of current generation setteled in New York. This is basically about extra maritial affairs. Due to busy schedule they failed to give the time to their partners and try to search the peace of mind somewhere else. And movies goes on.

Amitabh (Called as sexy sam) is a typical playboy type old man in this movie. Its a totally differnt role all together for him.Shahrukh Khan a football player met with accident and lost hi leg. So the life became frustated for him. Priety wife of Sharukh was working and his growth in professional life make him more frustated. Abhishek son of “sexy sam” is a typical business men. His wife Rani Mukharjee, a Turor,. The complete movie moves round about these five characters

Overall nice movie to see once.Shahrukh looks old in this movie. One dance of Amitabh and Abhishek is wonderful, worth to see. Prietys role is just okey. Rani was not looking very good.

Over all I give 2 and half out of 5 to this Kabhi Alvida Na KAhna.

Reliance Retail looking for Real Estate for outlets

August 13th, 2006

Our Comments : As far as we know Reliance Group, Ambani Brothers love playing with the cheapest products in the market, except at the Reliance Petrol Pumps. They should continue to be the cheapest in the Retail field also. The have already for approval for the SEZ in Gurgaon, which will definitely have their own Retail outlets for SEZ residents. So, now we’ll have somebody in India like the Walmart in the US.

ICICI Bank Vs Bank of India

August 12th, 2006

A new experience with Bank of India this time, my company’s account in ICICI Bank was closed because according to the bank “you could not follow the norms of the bank”. This was when we were to reach a 7 digit figure in our bank account. A Cheque of the entire amount in our bank account was sent to us and the account was closed.

We went to Bank on India, Bhilwara Branch, because of our relation with them from the lat 20 years, our bank account was opened within 15 min and the Cheque book was handed over to us in an hour.

What a service !!!!!

Question : Is Venture Capital loan or Equity??

August 12th, 2006

A well known bank has claimed that the venture capital to a company and now they have claimed that the venture capital can be converted into debt.

Also they now claim that VENTURE CAPITAL concept in India is different than the concept of the other countries are using. In India Venture Capital is considered as a loan rather than equity and equity linked instrument.

Also this bank is claiming that they don’t come under the SEBI (Securities and Exchange Boards of India) Guidelines.

Well, I think that these banks need to be taught now that what exactly venture capital is and how it is used.

I need your valuable suggestions, so go let me know at mr1dul(@)yahoo.com (remove ( ) from the email address, it is done to avoid spamming)

Reliance Petrol pumps in Rajasthan

August 10th, 2006

I have been traveling frequently to Rajasthan because of my business trips, income tax assessments, handicrafts, Delicious Rajasthani cuisines and especially, my family and in laws. On the way, there are approx 10 Reliance petrol pumps out of which 5 have the A1 Plaza.

On the way to Rajasthan 4 Reliance Pumps are not operational. I have noticed that the price of fuel at these petrol pumps is 2 – 3 Rs more than the others in Rajasthan. Also as per the owners of these pumps, Reliance is exporting most of the fuel because of profits. So the operational petrol pumps I think will not last for long if it goes like that.

But I should say that whether these petrol pumps close down or not, but the A1 food Plaza should remain operational. Clean washrooms, AC room, good and clean food and host wishing Namaste as you reach, what else does a traveler needs???

Rich People in Gurgaon dont like good food

August 5th, 2006

No doubt that nobody can beat the taste of chola bhatura at small shops.
Here in DLF Qutab Plaza guy searched for choley bhaturey, chowmean, dosa etc., not able to find even a single shop. At last he got tikki from road side hawker.

People are rich here, must be fond of tasty food and they dont have option other then to go to DT or Sahara. Give me some name of good places near to DLF Phase-I or II where i can get tasty chola bhatura.
