Motorola Gurgaon: No care of Suppliers
Neither we are supplying any parts for their phone nor are we in SCM for them. We supply real estate services to the company. But the management does not care for the agents which supply properties for their employees. The commission is remitted in 2 months, and foremost the concerned lady in the department has 10 forms to fill and then loosing the form 2 times coz se TOO MUCH WORK TO DO!!
Strange, that these multinationals do not know how to manage their time and resources. I hope that Motorola after reading this compliant will hold classes for their employees on Time Management.

Today I finally received the cheque from Motorola Gurgaon. I always knew that the Account personnel are the worst people in the company but I never knew that a customer care officer can get the payments done for the suppliers.
I had to actually file a compliant at the Motorola web site for non payments of my bills for supplies to Motorola Gurgaon. A Senior customer care employee regarding the issue, called me 5 days back and she got my payments done today. This is called real Customer Care service and duhhhh to the account department.
Inspite of my bad experience with Motorola Gurgaon, I have purchased a Motorola Handset today… :D. Well the company's administration can be bad, but the designs and models of the handsets they have launched are applicable.Â
So, with the new mobile and a new hutch connection, I was told that my number will start within half an hour. When it didn’t happen for the next 4 hours, I called the Hutch Customer Care service at Delhi and the number was Busy. I could not believe that this has never happed to me even with Reliance India Mobile Services and with

I just tried the CUSTOMER SERVICE number of MTNL. 9868112345. Call landed up at Deepak Seat no. 68
Unfortunately this number is for customer care of dolphin not for landline of MTNL. I asked him to give me some number for MTNL Landline. For about 15 minutes he keeps on saying that there is no number for MTNL guys other then 1500.
According to him this is the only number if somebody want to talk to MTNL regarding landlines. I asked him what about the person whose landline is dead and dont have any other landline in his

I have been waiting for a decent handset from Reliance coz I am fed up of using the stupid LG lower end handset. This is company is really not concerned with the higher end customers, the latest high end handsets are :
LG Chocolate (review not at all good)
Motorola Motorazr (Priced at 12,500/-, not at all worth it)
Nokia 6280 (users says that there is some problem with the display, priced at 15,500/-)

So the 1 Km of shopping mall is taking is in final stages of completion and now brands like Reliance Retail, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trendz, Debenhams and visible in the mall. The company “Ambience†developer has developed something which takes care of your shopping as well as your health. Just move to the mall and take a too and fro round of each floor, I hope you will move 10 km in that.
Particularly in DLF, this market is very popular, with shops and corporate office and brands like ICICI, Reliance Communication, Fortis, Dana Choga and more than 400 shops, this market has everything that one need. But the worst thing is that it’s so dirty and stray animals all over. Either there is no authority to take care of it or the residents are not paying the charges for development and maintenance.
Well, I have to say one thing ….. They are easy to understand and Damn difficult to apply in the RIGHT way.
Now I can understand how TATA Ambanis and Birlas manage so many businesses sitting on a single table with a whole lot of data. The Systems needs to be in place and the one most important thing that you need to take care off is …. TIME
Again a bad review about Gurgaon….
This city is getting worse day be day. Traffic traffic and traffic is the only thing you can see wherever you are out of you house. That Jharsa flyover which I was praising sometime back is the worst affected by the traffic. The Development authorities has started the underpass but not the flyover, there are no red lights and no traffic police personnel to take care of the traffic and the worst are the rains which has damaged the zebra crossing under the underpass which makes the traffic move like a caterpillar.
