Its court getting tough or media is bringing the justice
Soren is in jail, Prison sentence to Navjot Singh Sidhu, live sentence to Manu Sharma, Vikas Yadav son of DP Yadav and Amardeep Singh Gill gets 4 year of imprisonment, finalizing the case of Sanjay Dutt, conviction of Sharda Jain, soft hands on Bina Ramani as she is prime eyewitness of an important case and list goes on.
Is all this signifying that court in India is now a days getting tough and free of political pressures to give the good decisions. Or its media which is bringing each and every details of high profile case in front of public as a results its very difficult to play with the fact and figures of judicial system. Which ultimately rules out the possibility to manipulate with high profile cases.
Any way now at least people are thinking twice before stating that I am so and so or is son of so and so.
Lets see what’s the impact of that is going on.

I just saw news about a bomb blast at Midnapore in West Bengal near Kolkatta. The police force was there to “diffuse†the landmines. The media people were also there to cover the whole stuff. A land mine accidentally blasted and 2 people from the police died at the spot and about 29 were injured. The cameraman of India TV was badly injured and sent to the hospital. I saw the whole stuff on the TV and noticed that the cameramen of some other TV channel were covering this whole incident to show the MASALA to the viewers. What the
This is good.. really good, so now the president of the country would not be the supreme power in granting pardon to the accused. The court today said that the word of the President of the country would not be final. It would be reviewed by the court. At least now the terrorist who are committing crimes like blasts, rapes and other severe acts would have to face the warth of the Courts. Our country is more emotionally oriented than judgment oriented. I wish if Sanjay Gandhi was alive, there would not been any Kashmir issue at all.
I personally feel that now the country should be given in the hands of the Supreme Court of India. They have much more talent to run the nation than our politicians. The murder cases, blast cases and even the issues of the SEZ are now in the hands of the court and I bet they have a better capability of solving the problems than the OFFICERS IN CHARGE.
Strange! I have heard from somebody today that this quarter the Supreme Court of India has received a donation of Rs. 1300 Crores and the obvious reason behind that is the demolition durby going on in Delhi by the MCD. If this news is correct, then I think that its better that this fund is going to one of the Supreme powers of the country and at least not warming the pockets of the corrupts officers in the concerned departments.
I liked the design of the mall. Almost same as the Metropolitan Mall but much cleaner a less crowded, has a better atrium space and better brands than Metropolitan. As soon as you enter the mall, you have most of the sports brands (nike, reebok etc.) at your left. At the right you have CTC Plaza, Archies and other nice showrooms. Other brands like Yatra.com, bibs and cribs, a mobile store by future group, food court are there. At the week ends you can enjoy live music by some band.
So, I got a new Panasonic 32 inches LCD tv. Had gone through a tough 5 days exercise before purchasing it. I have seen Sony, Sharp Sansui, LG, Samsung, Phillips and Hitachi other the Panasonic. All the companies are good but I can share my personal experience.
(1)Â Â Sony : Picture Quality is just OK, but sound quality average.
(2)Â Â Sharp : Excellent quality, but price not worth that quality. Almost double to that of other brands
(3)Â Â Sansui : Bad customer reviews (as per the vendors)
(4)Â Â LG : Not my kind of stuff
(5)Â Â Samsung : Good picture quality, but very
