HSBC Bank in JMD Regent square Gurgaon: Fastest Service
Ha ha …. So this was a wooing experience for me. The HSBC Bank in the JMD Reagent Square on the Mehrauli - Gurgaon Road has the fastest service I have ever seen. This may be because of the lack of customers. I had received a self Cheque from a client for a real estate deal. There were actually 3 – 4 customers in the Bank, who were waiting for the bank personnel to attend them. The cash counter, bank manager, personal manager, relationship manager were free doing nothing. I counted the seconds in the watch and I got the payment in 55 seconds after I entered the bank premises. Strange !!
And just go to the ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank sector 14 branches or the ICICI Bank DLF Qutub Plaza Branch in Gurgaon, I swear, you can never get the payments before 20 min.

A new experience with Bank of India this time, my company’s account in ICICI Bank was closed because according to the bank “you could not follow the norms of the bankâ€. This was when we were to reach a 7 digit figure in our bank account. A Cheque of the entire amount in our bank account was sent to us and the account was closed.

Today I had my last transaction with Bank of India. This is all because of their insane services and idiotic personnel of FOREX department. I’ve shifted all the business to HDFC now and I hope to get better services from now.
So, here’s the story of me and Bank of India. My father has many bank accounts with “Bank of India†since 1984. He forced me to have my account with them too since we have a good relationship with them and that we the biggest mistake I did.
I opened an account with them for my Handicrafts Export Business. I had a good amount of sale and got payment in US Dollars from my Canadian Buyer. Since the Cheque was from Canada, then Forex Department THOUGHT that the cheque is in Candian Dollars and they remitted the amount in Canadian Dollar,
Idiotic changes in the roads in Gurgaon
This is strange as well as frustrating. The Gurgaon traffic police has the Bristol circle to a Bristol U to avoid traffic jams. Now, people who are coming from Delhi and want to visit the malls will have to go straight from Sikandarpur Cirle to the Golf Course road and take a U turn from the DT Mega Mall. This is bullshit. I have been to this restaurant with my friends and their wives. The ambience is good; you will see the waiters dresses in south Indian loongis and will be served with Banana Leafs in the plates. The food is good with a vide variety. A nice restaurant altogether, but not better than the Coco Palm at the DT City Centre Gurgaon.
You have people who cheat even with the exporters. The Foreign Exchange Department is one of them and especially Mr. Tiwari at the Bank of India Jaipur branch. Please DO NOT deal with him.
GDA has approved a metro cess of Rs. 340 per Square meter on all new constructions. This fund will be used for Metro Rail Project development in Ghaziabad. The board has approved the Metro routes from Anand Vihar to Vaishali, Vaishali to Indirapuram and NH-24 to Mehrauli for the integrated and Hi-Tech cities and from Shahdara to the new bus terminal.
Same type of Metro Cess is also in proposal for Gurgaon. Lets wait for Metro in complete NCR and see the fun in it then.
Particularly in DLF, this market is very popular, with shops and corporate office and brands like ICICI, Reliance Communication, Fortis, Dana Choga and more than 400 shops, this market has everything that one need. But the worst thing is that it’s so dirty and stray animals all over. Either there is no authority to take care of it or the residents are not paying the charges for development and maintenance.
Eureka Forbes: Pathetic and Insane Service!!!!
I have been using the “Aqua guard†(which I think is the most successful product that the company has ever launched) from the last 10 years when I shifted to Gurgaon. After getting nice services from the manufacturing company called “Eureka Forbes†for this product, I am now cursing the company for their pathetic services.

A well known bank has claimed that the venture capital to a company and now they have claimed that the venture capital can be converted into debt.
Also they now claim that VENTURE CAPITAL concept in India is different than the concept of the other countries are using. In India Venture Capital is considered as a loan rather than equity and equity linked instrument.
Also this bank is claiming that they don’t come under the SEBI (Securities and Exchange Boards of India) Guidelines.
Well, I think that these banks need to be taught now that what exactly venture capital is
