Gurgaon Power … No power
The problem of electricity in Gurgaon is getting worse day by day. I don’t know when the occupancy of properties in Gurgaon will increase after the residential projects will complete on Sohna Road and Golf course road, then from where will get the power.
I wish some private player should think of coming here coz we (at least I) are not bothered to pay extra for electricity but it has to be uninterrupted.

Since you (the politicians) have no power (electricity) to give to us from your bloody hydro and thermal power plants, then let the nuclear power go ahead or get the electricity be privatized. You are just bloody an interruption in the progress of the nation. You know that you get votes from the farmer and the poor class and you don’t want them to grow at all and the best way you have found out is to cut the bloody electricity and let them starve. And every time when there is a an election, you are there with your foolish
Now after the New Car, we are looking for a new office space, won’t prefer corporate parks as they don’t suit to the nature of our businesses.
Problem is location, for Real Estate, we need a decent location, for IT we need an internet connection and for handicrafts, we need a display space. DLF is no good, coz of electricity problems and the traffic on the MG Road.

This has been achieved through the Srei-Sahaj-WBSEDCL partnership. On the power export front the expectation as per the tariff petition filed by WBSEDCL was Rs 2,200 crore this fiscal. I am Gopal Chandra Sarkar(consumer id-115141188, service connection no.-ND 1389, consumer no.-C362490) to bring to you kind notice the fact that my family is facing a lot of problems for the erregular electric supply and the low voltages. On the power export front the expectation as per the tariff petition filed by WBSEDCL was Rs 2,200 crore this fiscal.

Idiotic changes in the roads in Gurgaon
This is strange as well as frustrating. The Gurgaon traffic police has the Bristol circle to a Bristol U to avoid traffic jams. Now, people who are coming from Delhi and want to visit the malls will have to go straight from Sikandarpur Cirle to the Golf Course road and take a U turn from the DT Mega Mall. This is bullshit. Earlier they have done this on the Mehrauli road by closing the U turn before the Metropolitan Mall for Sushant Lok and travelers have to travel a long way from Metropolitan to
Mc Donalds Manesar: I am loving it
There is no better place to than Mc Donald’s in Manesar sit and relax because of the traffic problems in Gurgaon. I am well acquainted with this place from the last 5 – 6 years. My old group of friends used to have parties over there. Now I have it with the new group . We generally go over there when we have to see some property in IMT Manesar or pace city.
This place in so doubt the best place to have you meal and meeting. Don’t go over there at lunchtime coz its

The Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited was set up as a part of reform process of the electricity act 2003, Which was passed by central government and gujarat electricity industry Which was passed by the Government of gujarat with a view to restructure the industry. with an aim to improve efficiency in management and delivery of services to consumers. As a part of Power Reform Process, the Electricity Act, 2003, was passed by the Central Government and Gujarat Electricity Industry (Re-organization & Regulation) Act, 2003, was passed by the Government of Gujarat
Yesterday I have came across a project in Gurgaon which has Villas ranging from price range of Rs. 6.85 Crores to 9.5 Crores. This is Strange!!!
These prices are even more than the real estate prices in the Europe. now an AAM AADMI cannot buy a house in Gurgaon and after sometime, Gurgaon will only be a place for Higher End gentry very soon!!!
So now the signboards of Delhi metro can be seen on the roads of Gurgaon. With Delhi metro entering Gurgaon, the property prices has now started going up. Commercial Properties by Rs. 100 psf increased with the metro effect.  As soon as reach the Metropolitan Mall on the Gurgaon - Mehrauli road, you see the Metro workers working along with the sides of the mall. So… its time to celebrate.
Which is better? Above or under the ground? News is that the Delhi Metro in Gurgaon will be above the Ground. The metro will be under the ground right from Central Secretariat to Saket and after Saket, it will be above the ground coming from Qutub Minar, Andheria Mor, Rajokri, and entering Gurgaon from Sikarnderpur to DT Mall and finally ending at IFFCO Chowk (I donno what are the further plans).
If its above the Ground, then its for sure that the aesthetics and beauty of the Malls on the Mehrauli – Gurgaon road are going to shatter. No doubt that
So, the news is that Sikanderpur Chowk will be closed for the Delhi Metro work in Gurgaon. The metro station will be located just after the Sikanderpur mor. And what about the traffic. HT Gurgaon says that HUDA is planning to divert the traffic through Garden Estate, which I personally feel is impossible. The Faridabad – Sector 42 road is open now and the best thing that can be done is that the road from Mehrauli Road which will connect to the Faridabad road should be constructed and the traffic should be diverted towards Sector 42 and Golf Course. Gurgaon has everything except something for sports lovers. Why can’t a Lawn Tennis court be opened in some lush big socities of sector-56. Most of our life is spent in front of the computers, earning money and spending it. Playing will not only help take out the frustration ( caused by electricity issue in ggn) but reliave mental stress as well. I request the management to take it to a higher level. If some help reg the contracters is required, please share it with the ggn ppl. M sure they will be all the more helpful. this is Simrat. I work with TCS, Mumbai at present. Please contact me in case required.

I”ve stayed in Kedriya Vihar, Sec-56, Gurgaon for 3 years. I’ve recently moved to Mumbai. However, i’ve to go back to Gurgaon in few months due to family commitments.
One thing which m amazed to know that a place like Mumbai which supports double the populationa d compared to places like Delhi has no power shortage at all. Infact, I’ve never experienced a single second power cut here in Andheri ( East). I want my native place Gurgaon to be like this. With all the facilities around in Gurgaon, y cant we solve this issue. Why cant the authorities work on it seriously ??
Gurgaon is the hi-tech city with the most marvelous crowd ever. Just because of 1 issue ( poor electricity) it’s going down.
And 1 thing more, Why cnt we have some marvelous playing grounds here. Gurgaon is spacious like anything. Let’s take sector-56, Kendriya Vihar, With around 10 playgrounds/parks, why cant 1 be converted to a Lawn Tennis Court.
Since a LT court is covered from all four sides, there’s no possibility of ball going here and there like other outdoor games. Also, to make it more safe, only 2hours in the morning n 2 hours in the evning shud be allowed. N yes, only Kendriya Vihar residents ahud be allowed. Also, if they want, they can charge minimal memeship fees from the residents, although it’s not required. Management gets enough of maintainence money from the residents.
Please ppl, work hard for this beautiful city. Make it more beautiful . so that the world loves it.
