First customer of Max Hospital Gurgaon
Apparently, I have been contacting spinal doctors for some relative. I just called a doc of Indian Spinal Injuries who said the he can see me in MAX HOSPITAL Gurgaon in Sushant lok. To my utter surprise as I entered the hospital, I was stopped by a guard in the main gate who sweetly asked me to get out of the vehicle and gave me a Valet No. 001 and greeted me that I am the first customer of the Hospital. He took the car and parked it into the parking. This is good … really good… five star services in a five star hospital.

Have been to this hospital for sometime, the charges are no doubt more than any other hospital of the same category with some hidden charges, but, the list consultants they have are really appreciable. Rooms are clean, large, ample space to walk and talk (I had a bad experience for this in Umkal Hospital). Well trained and spoken staff.
Overall a good hospital.
Today I finally received the cheque from Motorola Gurgaon. I always knew that the Account personnel are the worst people in the company but I never knew that a customer care officer can get the payments done for the suppliers.
I had to actually file a compliant at the Motorola web site for non payments of my bills for supplies to Motorola Gurgaon. A Senior customer care employee regarding the issue, called me 5 days back and she got my payments done today. This is called real Customer Care service and duhhhh to the account department.

I just tried the CUSTOMER SERVICE number of MTNL. 9868112345. Call landed up at Deepak Seat no. 68
Unfortunately this number is for customer care of dolphin not for landline of MTNL. I asked him to give me some number for MTNL Landline. For about 15 minutes he keeps on saying that there is no number for MTNL guys other then 1500.
According to him this is the only number if somebody want to talk to MTNL regarding landlines. I asked him what about the person whose landline is dead and dont have any other landline in his
Inspite of my bad experience with Motorola Gurgaon, I have purchased a Motorola Handset today… :D. Well the company's administration can be bad, but the designs and models of the handsets they have launched are applicable.Â

So, this is the continuation post of the pathetic services provided by Eureka Forbes. This time after 15 long days of waiting, finally a guy from Eureka Forbes came to reposition the machine.
Eureka Forbes Rep: What is to be done?
Customer: The machine is to be repositioned since the kitchen is under renovation.
Eureka Forbes Rep: This is Plumber’s work.
Customer: Then get the plumber and do the repositioning.
Eureka Forbes Rep: The plumber will come from our head office in Delhi.
Customer: Ok then ask him to come, he has not reached here from the last 15 days.

I just saw news about a bomb blast at Midnapore in West Bengal near Kolkatta. The police force was there to “diffuse†the landmines. The media people were also there to cover the whole stuff. A land mine accidentally blasted and 2 people from the police died at the spot and about 29 were injured. The cameraman of India TV was badly injured and sent to the hospital. I heard a news today that while having a food quality check at his restaurant, six women fell seriously ill after consuming soup during a kitty party. All woman were from upper class families and they got affected immediately after consuming the soup and the restaurant staff, instead of helping them were found laughing on the affected. Fortunately, it was after four other women in the group, who had not taken the soup, called up the police that they were rushed to the nearby government hospital.

Eureka Forbes: Pathetic and Insane Service!!!!
I have been using the “Aqua guard†(which I think is the most successful product that the company has ever launched) from the last 10 years when I shifted to Gurgaon. After getting nice services from the manufacturing company called “Eureka Forbes†for this product, I am now cursing the company for their pathetic services.
As I have been telling on my blog that my home is undergoing renovation and especially the modular kitchen, I had to remove Aqua Guard and the RO water treatment plant for the renovation work. My mom called up the Aqua

Good to see your experience at Max Gurgaon but watch out you are there for treatment not for five star treatment; My bad expereinces are forcing me to advise you in advance; This is one of most enthical commercial hospital I have come across

This hospital rips you off . Watch Out. My sister had a fracture and ultimately i shifted to the the neighbouhood hospital - Umkal. Good experience. Friendly hospital.May not have the 5 star rating. Ultimately its ethical and good treatment

Reena. Twice i visited to Umkal to see somebody. I found that hospital is very small and after seeing the enviornment out there i felt that all facilities for emergencies and advance treatment facilities are not available out there.
If max is not recommendable could you please suggest me some more hospitals in gurgaon.

To each his own experience. the hospital may be small but the facilities are all there. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful and has a human touch.My sister had a bad compound open fracture but she was treated immediately and operated in 1 hr of admission and discharged in 2days.

Here is my first experience with Max and obviously a bad one. That is why I am here writing a feedback.
I need to get an appointment with orthopaedic surgeon at Gurgaon.
4 calls at 6623000. All calls lead to nowhere by VRS. Option 2 (appointment) : Long wait but call ends at last.
Last option to speak to operator : same behaviour.

Hmm..
Funny to hear bad things being said about what in my experience is one of the best hospitals in Delhi.
Ive had Lasik done, and am being treated for ingrown toenails right now. And my experience has always been positive.
