Eureka Forbes: Pathetic and Insane Service!!!!
I have been using the “Aqua guard†(which I think is the most successful product that the company has ever launched) from the last 10 years when I shifted to Gurgaon. After getting nice services from the manufacturing company called “Eureka Forbes†for this product, I am now cursing the company for their pathetic services.
As I have been telling on my blog that my home is undergoing renovation and especially the modular kitchen, I had to remove Aqua Guard and the RO water treatment plant for the renovation work. My mom called up the Aqua Guard service centre in Gurgaon and asked her to get the shifting done. The lady talking on the other side told us that it would be done next day. The guy didn’t come the till now (on the next to next day).
Update :Â more unsatisfied customer of Eureka Forbes like me.

Eureka Forbes: what the hell!
So, this is the continuation post of the pathetic services provided by Eureka Forbes. This time after 15 long days of waiting, finally a guy from Eureka Forbes came to reposition the machine.
Eureka Forbes Rep: What is to be done?
Customer: The machine is to be repositioned since the kitchen is under renovation.
Eureka Forbes Rep: This is Plumber’s work.
Customer: Then get the plumber and do the repositioning.
Eureka Forbes Rep: The plumber will come from our head office in Delhi.
Customer: Ok then ask him to come, he has not reached here from the last 15 days.
Eureka Forbes Rep:
Continuing to the nasty services provided by Eureka Forbes for my “Aqua guardâ€, we called up the Eureka Forbes Office today also and the Lady over there told that the services are handled by the Delhi Office. And above that, the lady told that we will have to arrange for the drilling machine and the plumber to get the work done. I asked that the lady that I get both of them, then why do I need your services, she told that this is the company policy and she can do nothing about it. If this is the company policy,
I donno about this car but one of my close friends is looking to buy this vehicle. Fortunately both of us were at the TATA Dhingra motor service station today for getting out own TATA Safari serviced. Saw a number of customers with Tata Safari turbo VTT 2.2 telling their bad experience bout the vehicle. One of them was a guy who had purchased a new one day before yesterday and now standing at the workshop to get the CD changes as well as the “Fuel Pump†repaired. This is insane!!!
I just saw news about a bomb blast at Midnapore in West Bengal near Kolkatta. The police force was there to “diffuse†the landmines. The media people were also there to cover the whole stuff. I was experiencing starting problems with my baby (Hyundai Accent CRDI) which is now 3 years or 1,25,000 Km old and still running like a horse in a Polo game. I contacted the Hyundai fellows told me tha the vehicle has a engine back compression problem and got the Piston rings, sleeve, Pistons and almost all the oils (engine, break, gear, steering, coolant) and the filters (diesel, oil and air) needs to be replaced.

Ha ha …. So this was a wooing experience for me. The HSBC Bank in the JMD Reagent Square on the Mehrauli - Gurgaon Road has the fastest service I have ever seen. Today I had my last transaction with Bank of India. This is all because of their insane services and idiotic personnel of FOREX department. I’ve shifted all the business to HDFC now and I hope to get better services from now.
This was my first experience of Volvo. I took the Volvo early in the morning say at 6 from Bikaner House, New Delhi. No doubt bus was confortable but its not luxary as i heard from many people. Leg space was good. AC was really effective all way the tour. Interior was just ok not very good. According to me there should be a provison of TV on Volvo at least so that the guy who dont sleep during journey can have some entairtenment.
