Eureka Forbes insane Services and untrained staff

Continuing to the nasty services provided by Eureka Forbes for my “Aqua guard”, we called up the Eureka Forbes Office today also and the Lady over there told that the services are handled by the Delhi Office. And above that, the lady told that we will have to arrange for the drilling machine and the plumber to get the work done. I asked that the lady that I get both of them, then why do I need your services, she told that this is the company policy and she can do nothing about it. If this is the company policy, then whom should I talk in the company regarding this policy? She had no awnser. What the hell !!!!

    Similar nasty experience with the Euro Helpline 39883333. I have called up 6 times (the calls where i noted the details).

    I had replaced my Aquaguard Classic with a Aquaguard Total Gold Nova on 1st Jan 2008. Till date I have not recd any free service from Eureka despite having called them up multiple times.

    I have spoken to Dhaval, Swapna, Shweta, Swapna (again) at 39883333 since July 12th. Each time there is a committment “The technician will visit you either today or tomorrow”. I also happened to speak with Ishaq at the Eureka Service Manager’s office. Also, with Padwal & Vijay Chauhan.

    I think Eureka Forbes has lost its edge of Customer intimacy that they once had. I do not recommend “Eureka Services” if this is the kind of service one has to deal with.

    We here are dealing with “water - the nectar of life”. I have put my family to risk due to the pathetic service levels.

Eureka Forbes: Pathetic and Insane Service!!!! I have been using the “Aqua guard” (which I think is the most successful product that the company has ever launched) from the last 10 years when I shifted to Gurgaon. Tata Safari DICOR VTT 2.2

I donno about this car but one of my close friends is looking to buy this vehicle. Fortunately both of us were at the TATA Dhingra motor service station today for getting out own TATA Safari serviced. Saw a number of customers with Tata Safari turbo VTT 2.2 telling their bad experience bout the vehicle. One of them was a guy who had purchased a new one day before yesterday and now standing at the workshop to get the CD changes as well as the “Fuel Pump” repaired. This is insane!!!

Privat Hospital Gurgaon, a small review

Have been to this hospital for sometime, the charges are no doubt more than any other hospital of the same category with some hidden charges, but, the list consultants they have are really appreciable. Hutch Customer Care : Bad experience at the First Sight

I just saw news about a bomb blast at Midnapore in West Bengal near Kolkatta. The police force was there to “diffuse” the landmines. The media people were also there to cover the whole stuff. I heard a news today that while having a food quality check at his restaurant, six women fell seriously ill after consuming soup during a kitty party. All woman were from upper class families and they got affected immediately after consuming the soup and the restaurant staff, instead of helping them were found laughing on the affected.
