I spoke to one of the Service Advisor@ the work shop in advance regarding the approximate time & Cost involved for the Second Free Service of my Vehicle. i was given a rosy picture however they are the most unprofessional people in the industry. They kept my vehicle for two days and when i finally reached to the site ...i was shocked to see the condition of my car.. it was badly stained and a Bill of Rs/ 2000 was ready for me. i would request you folks to share the contact info with me where i can go ahead and register my feedback... looks like these people do not entertain Insurance claim for any body.. i was also told the same story ....
