No matter how tasty are the chole kulche of Nai Sarak in Old Delhi, but the best thing I had today are the chole kulche at IMT Manesar. There’s no good restaurant in that area, except the Mc Donalds on the national highway. I had 2 plates of it and it was yammy… maybe coz I was too hungry at that time.
I have been getting the news that after the Rajiv Chowk flyover is completed, the next flyover that would start will be the Honda Chowk flyover.  I have been visiting IMT Manesar frequently, but the traffic I see over there is getting worst day by day. I have to visit IMT Manesar 7 times a week but there’s no single day when I haven’t struck at the Honda Chowk. How the flyover will be planned god know and the worst part is from where is the NHAI will divert the heavy traffic.
Mc Donalds Manesar: I am loving it There is no better place to than Mc Donald’s in Manesar sit and relax because of the traffic problems in Gurgaon. I am well acquainted with this place from the last 5 – 6 years. My old group of friends used to have parties over there. Now I have it with the new group . With the launch of the Maruti Suzuki Swift’s Diesel Variant, Maruti is now on a move to start their plant in April, with the date of starting of the plant getting nearer, the real estate prices in IMT Manesar has started rising. Auto part manufactures, packaging machine, packaging material, lights and spare part manufacturers are now getting into IMT Manesar, the best Industrial area of Gurgaon according to me. I have done 4 deals in the last month of this area and I expect the prices to shoot up at least 5 times in the next 3 years.
I am a regular visitor to Mc Donald’s Manesar coz most of the industrial area over there. I love the Mc Swirl and the Iced tea they have. Today while in a meeting at Café Coffee day, I tried the Iced tea there, it was yukkk. No comparison with the Mc Donald’s one. I can have 10 of them at the Mc Donald’s but not even been able to finish a single at Café Coffee day.

What these people say is that Hero Honda is very shy nowadays in production. The reason is that, they are loosing market share. Then who is gaining the market share?
