Indian Cricket Team was there with Indian Army on Special Physical Training Programme at Bangalore. Its good that coach is coming up with new ideas to illuminate fighting power in team to achieve goals. But this type of programme is good only if its on regular basis. These type of activities give team a refreshment from hectic schedule.
I say that these type of activities are good but team should not forget the acutal goal. One more thing i want to add like in Army if some soldier do something wrong his seniors give him some day out from regular work as punishment. Similiarly if any player is not performing good then he should be out from team for some time. If there is a fear of going out then every player will try to do the best.
