So, now is the time when the Residential real estate prices are stagnant in Gurgaon. I’m talking about plots not the high rise apartments. I personally feel that is best time for actual user to buy a property for himself. Inverstors are not putting in their money for a very good reason. The registries of the 60 sq yd plots has been closed by HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority) and god know how these decesion will help the government in increasing their revenues. There is a lot that need to be done in the Real Estate Sector in Gurgaon, lot of companies need to be invited to set up their bases over here and I don’t think this has happend from the last 3 years…. Hope for the best for future…

Jab university main degree kar rahe the to hum bolte the “Waat chahe lag jaye lekin salami top se hogi”, sydney aaye to wahi phitur tha dimag main lekin kal utar gaya. Dost ne nayee gadi li to humne kaha bhai ek test drive lelein. 60 Km/Hr ki speed limit thi aur hum chala rahe the 90 Km/Hr pe. Sala police ki gadi peeche lag gayee aur love letter mil gaya 225$ ka, kal raat se need bhi nahin aa rahi hai soch soch ke lekin phir bhi SALAMI TOP SE HI HOGI kyon ki HUM NAHIN SUDHRENGE.

With my experience and the DT Mall, Metroplitian Mall, Bangla Saheb, and Dariyaganj in the last week, I was wondering that the gurls of the NCR specially Gurgaon and Delhi have changed a lot. U know what I mean ???

From my experience of the last 8 years, I see a lot of difference in the Gurls and Aunties specially the middle aged one.

Have there been some changes in the water of the region?? Or the formula of the water itself has changed?? Is it the same H2O, which I used to learn in the 9th Class?? or is it B2O??
